Princeton Hot Springs—easily accessible compared to other mountain homes, just minutes from Hwy 9 on a county-maintained and plowed road.

Please note: 4x4 vehicles are a must for winter reservations. The cabin is situated at an elevation of 10,000 ft, and this should be taken into account before booking.

Things to note
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in.
🛑 Must be 28 years or older to book.
🍗 Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
🌐 Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates.
🐾 The standard $100 pet fee will be waived, Pets stay Free :)
🌨 4x4 or AWD is mandatory from October through May.
🔥 The County prohibits open burns (bonfires) on the property. A gas fire pit is provided on the deck with propane.
