“Sid at the front desk is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond his duties to help me and make my stay easy and stress free .. i had originally booked at another hotel but it had bed bugs and bad and i had arrived in canton late And had one hour before my first day at a new job and had driven all night so his kind and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. “Very friendly staff. Stocked continental breakfast. I had forgotten my batery pack andnphone and the employees chased mendown in the parking lot to make sure i didnt leave ny things behind! Will stay again.”

“There was a soap dispenser, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers but all were empty. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee machine. The couch had a dirty pull-out bed. The staff was nice, you have to check in in the Best Western, but you don't get the breakfast they serve.”

After about 30 minutes of going to desk and the the desk clerk coming to attempt to open the door we finally got moved to.anothet room. The room was nice enough. The patio was nice but the neighborung room guests had left a big mess outside from barbecuing. Meat packages, aluminum foil etc.. The next day i wanted to rebook a room. But wanted to switch to a cheaper choice. I booked and...
