“Très belle hôtel , vient juste d’être rénover. Aucun tapis dans la chambre et ça c’est vraiment un plus. Ils acceptent les chiens et ils sont très bien accueilli partout et c’est seulement 15$ us par nuit . Le personnel est très accueillant et super gentil. Ils ont faite attention pour me parler lentement en anglais étant donné que je ne parle pas très bien en anglais. Il y a juste notre air climatisé qui ne fonctionnait pas bien et le plancher était un peu collant. Je la recommande pour un...

“Clean room”

“Severe smell of urine in the room and dog poop on the floor. When called the desk, Kevin informed me, that he is the only one at the property and he is not going to clean that. After informing me that in 5 years of him working there, nobody ever complained and he simply hang up the phone on me. Highly recommend to have a better staff training on how to communicate with the customers effectively and provide more people on side in PM hours. ”

“Shower was broken. Didn’t work. Left two messages for manager to call. We really should get a credit of sorts. Still no call. Was ice cold unless you held up. Reported to desk who said since third party that we needed to tell manager. Makes me think twice about booking through Expedia and also realizing management terrible at this hotel. We drove 8 hours and couldn’t take a nice shower ”

“Easy check in and clean”

“Room was average but great for the price. Older hotel but served my purpose well. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was functional for a quick grab and go. ”

“Room was clean. Easy checkin process with friendly staff. Convenient location right off 95 but I could hear road noise. AC did not work well and was very loud when blower unit turned on. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because I left very early and went to Starbucks just down the road.”

“Always smells so clean when I walk into the lobby. The morning breakfast is always so fresh. The housekeepers are very thorough. All staff are very friendly.”

“Room was clean the 2 people I talk to were very helpful. Breakfast needs to be until 10am other than that it wasn’t a bad place to stay. ”

“This was my second time staying there and I feel like they could not keep up with breakfast. There was a big crowd in there, and the pans were constantly empty; in turn, made the staff really frazzled. ”

“Bed was a bit hard but room was great for what was needed to visit family after a business trip. ”
