“The room’s chairs were dirty with hair, the bedding had stains and one of the sheets had blood. I requested extra items including a blanket due to the dirtiness and didn’t get the items until past midnight when someone knocked on the door. I requested the items through the app twice and also called. The person still brought the wrong items so I asked a friend to bring them instead.
The people in rooms above me were making so much noise stamping on the ground also and slamming doors.

“In the guest registration form they said assistance animal is allowed. I have an ESA stayed less than 8hrs in my room without any distubance or damage. Yet, they litterly threw me out and rob me from the rest of my prepaid rent. Due to that, I have mental meltdown and when I feel better I will gather all documents, and write a written complain to submit to government agency.”

“Super lowkey and pleasant stay, some interesting neighbors but also good conversation. No pets! Just keep that in mind and Dallas in general is not very pet friendly! Pool area so nice during this time of year (spring) but there is not hot tub and it is outside. Staff was direct and friendly also understanding and overall just a very straightforward and normal stay lots of space in the room not necessarily super fancy however! ”

“Tuve una estadía de una semana y estuve cómodo en este hotel. Las habitaciones no son las mejores pero tienen todo lo necesario. La piscina y el jacuzzi están muy bien. El desayuno es el típico desayuno de hotel, así que no puedo decir mucho. Debe mejorar mucho el gimnasio, que está muy poco equipado y la mayor parte del equipo está en mal estado. El estacionamiento es amplío y la ubicación es excelente para alguien con acceso a un vehiculo.”
