“Great place”

“Where this place comes up a little short on amenities and updated rooms, it makes up for in location! Right on the beach at the top of the boardwalk, walking distance to several decent dining and nightlife options. Easy parking, friendly staff, and free breakfast was fine for the price!”

“This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.”

“The room had a sofa and desk seating area when you walked in the room. The bathroom was next and then the bedroom. The bedroom had the a/c unit. In order to cool off the sofa area the a/c had to be set below 70. Then you got a freezing bedroom and a much warmer sofa area. The sofa was very hard. We looked at the pullout mattress, but it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The actual bed was fine and the walk-in shower was great.”

“Wasn't given a clear explanation of uses of amenities in the room. The television never worked. I was too tired to look at it but it would have been nice. The hotel was very nice and I really slept very well. Can't have everything. The staff was polite explanations could have been clearer for me about the amenities. The parking information was poor..”

“Smooth transition into room. It was clean parking was cool. We never had breakfast but the staff definitely made us feel welcomed ”

“There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made.”

“The Bathroom had a Crack in the shower that was sharp and almost cut my Wife.....other than that, everything was fine.....”

“The pictures on the website are not what you get when you arrive. the staff is not friendly or helpful at all. The hotel is dirty and not maintained. No amenities were provided. Worst hotel i have ever seen. WIll not be back again.”

“It’s was very clean”

“There were mini complications upon my arrival. No key cards the ENTIRE stay & charging me twice, due to their error. Disregarding that, the front desk staff member was very accommodating. He was very patient with me & my plus one. Overall, a great experience. I booked the jacuzzi room. I must say, I just might book again. No complaints about the room. No complaints about the staff, they were very understanding. 7/10 review, if I had a key card & wasn’t charged two amounts it would’ve been a 10.”
