“The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower...

“If you want to unplug a bit and get away this is the place. Very clean cabins. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice sitting area outside with a grill. Very quiet and relaxing with the Yuba River right there. Staff were extremely nice. Our dogs our now depressed we came home. Pretty sure they thought it was our new home. ”

“Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay. ”

“Good location, close to freeways, restaurants and gas stations. Loved and appreciate the covered parking. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good. When I checkedout, I let them know the a/c unit was making a noise, and I was told maintenance would take a look at it.”

“Easy access, owner’s responded immediately to any questions. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, roomy and well lit. Room was nicely decorated and spacious, even had a large walk in closet with plenty of room to store our suitcases. Owners are super nice people!”

“I loved how quiet it was. It was perfectly clean. I also so appreciate a non corporate ambiance with different art in each room. The managers are lovely and very helpful. Its a much warmer and more personal experience that most motels provide. Bed was comfy, bath water was nice and hot! Its my favorite place to stay in Chico! Plus, its not over priced. I think many of us are tired of being gouged when we need a place to stay. Their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend it!! Great...
