“This hotel is overall a great option if you are in town for a few days and need a nice centrally located location. Close to many historical streets/parks/landmarks as well as SCAD. Staff are excellent! From the front desk, concierge and valet - everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was low end average. Small, unkept and in need of some TLC but was fine for our (1 adult, 2 teens and 1 tween) long weekend. ”

“Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!”

“Very nice hotel located in the Historic district. Very close to River street. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean, modern and quiet. Only issue was the key cards didnt function correctly. Had hotel maintenance come to fix it but they couldnt. Only stood one night so it didnt really matter. Overall, a good stay.”

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla.
