SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The Villa Residence really is exceptional. The quality of the villa, the size of the rooms, ensuite bathrooms, large kitchen and living room, and the facilities within and around are excellent. For example you may use the large adults only pool adjacent, with swim up bar and convenient restaurant. The Spa and Hammam was also great to help unwind.The pool with the villa is actually bigger than I thought, perfect for relaxing in on a lilo or 2. The terrace is large and perfect for breakfast and so forth.The location is in my opinion exactly what you want i.e. get away from the brits and unsightliness of Hisaronu and Oludeniz, but also quickly reachable by car for beach days or somewhere to eat and drink. Easily reach Fethiye and the marina areas. The support staff from Agni Travel were also exceptional, always available and helpful.

5 Day Stay - This wasn't booked with the owner but a Villa Company that I wasn't aware of until booking was confirmed. Arrived to pick keys up and was told our booked Villa wasn't available due to an issue caused by 2 days of heavy rain, but we had been 'Upgraded'. This was not the case, just a bigger Villa. To be fair it was spotlessly clean but poorly equipped for kitchen and dining.We ended up with no hot water for 3 days and on calling Agni Beach Villas had very little help offered. We then returned after a day out to find no power in the Villa! To be fair this was resolved within an hour but the cause was maintenance man came to complete the repair to the hot water, 2 days after it had been reported, and has switched all power off externally and not bothered putting it back on. Agni refunded 80 Euros as a gesture of goodwill. It was a great deal I booked but, with hindsight, I guess it was too good to be true.
