“For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

“Upon room acquisition we discovered our toilet wasn't operating properly. As there were 5 of us and we were booked for multiple nights, we felt this needed to be addressed promptly. Long story short, the staff kept passing blame and giving excuses as to why it was never fixed and on our last night finally offered to comp our stay and move us to another room. No manager ever reached out to us nor were they ever available for us to communicate our concerns. This resulted in them charging me again...

“Experience was great other than the loud freeway being right there, the room vaguely smelling like cigarettes and the floor being sticky from whatever cleaner they use. Had to wear socks to walk around and play rain noises to drown out the street”

“Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. The room was very outdated but HVAC and TV worked fine. All and all everything is functional for me traveling by myself, had I had anyone with me I would have chosen someplace else. Just...

“Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night”
