Hotel vicino a Fiesta Village Family Fun Park - San Bernardino

“It was a suitable budget hotel. Simple and sufficient. The air conditioner, like most in American hotels, was old and not the quietest. Every other country has the quieter, newer, mini-split air conditioners, I don't know why the USA does not. Anyways. The area was safe, there were restaurants nearby, the room was comfortable, and I got a good nights sleep, and that is the point. ”

“We were in amd out pretty quickly, just overnight. The airconditioner was really noisy amd they charged us $12 to park. In sam bernardino! Outrageous!”

“ The hotel itself was okay. Clean enough and reasonably comfortable for a short stay. However, the staff experience really brought it down. They were unhelpful, seemed disinterested, and at times came across as rude. With better customer service, this place could be much better, but as it stands, I wouldn’t rush back. The male working early in the am was completely rude. ”

“We walked in the building and were overcome with the smell of bad marijuana ir whatever it was they were smoking IN A NON SMOKING HOTEL. Wanted to watch network TV. No signal Oscars were on. Other channels work. Went down to desk the guy said he had no idea, never heard of that kind of problem. Didn't know what to do. I would have moved to another hotel, but we had already been charged and were tired.”

“worst place i’ve ever stayed my boyfriend checked in as he was taking a shower he noticed female hair on the shower curtain and on the floor we went to tell the front desk to see if they can switch us rooms the gentleman got very upset and said he had everything booked he asked if we wanted a refund he then proceeded to go to the room and say we had used the shower and if we had an issue with the unit it shouldn’t have taken us an hour to say something he refused to give us our money back we...

“You get what you pay for, don't expect too much. If you're just spending the night, you should be fine. Just make sure to lock your car and check it periodically.”

“The property was okay it looked well maintained but the pools were dirty the jacuzzi was dirty and they had a lot of other visitors that were there hanging out around the balconies outside partying being loud. But I assume because it was a Friday night. The room was just okay it smelt of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room the walls could use another paint job. but for the most part I just stayed one night and got out the next morning”
