“Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. "apparently the hotel is nice, however there is a catastrophic detail that make this hotel terrible: the window are made with single glass. so during the day you hear noise and vibrations from the street. during the night, it is even worse. you hear the music from the clubs nearby and above all the motorbike runners between 3 and 4am. i was unable to sleep without ear plugs. the front face of the hotel that looks towards the Petronas Towers is even worse. there is a building in construction nearby and the noise from there is very strong. "
