“They cancelled my booking without as little as an email, phone call, or text then proceeded to be angry with me for being upset. They gave different excuses such as my number, and email weren't listed when I've booked numerous times with expedia and that's never happened. They will take your money first then come and tell you they were overbooked. I had to find a new hotel after driving 5 hours. The customer service reps were terrible as well.”
