“It was fun, had a great stay!!!”

“This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. In short, I had a horrible night, couldn’t sleep because of the heat, and there’s no front desk to file a complaint with. And finally, checking in is another problem. If...

“Airport shuttle short staffed but kind”

“The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful. Every time I saw a staff member they greeted me with a kind gesture. They treated me like I was important to them and made my stay quite pleasant. The hotel was very clean and easy to find off the interstate. Charleston is such a historic city, I always enjoy traveling there.”

“Staff was great. The elevator need improvement. I was not aware a shuttle was not available so took an uber to the airport. Breakfast was ok. Best thing was the staff!”

“The sheets had to be changed when we arrived because of the multiple stains. The floor was sticky and covered in multiple large stains. The shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. We left early and did not even sleep there because we were so disgusted.”

“The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen. If you need a cook top and pans all you have to do is ask the front desk. Fridge was a little smaller than pictured but still big enough. Breakfast was good. Every morning had a slight change in the menu which we enjoyed.”
