“1st time staying at a Tru, we loved everything about it! The room was huge. Loved the open concept. The area downstairs, pool table, sitting area, breakfast area. We will definitely be back!”

“The day before check in I was informed over the phone that the airport shuttle was available for me at 11:40pm. The shuttle only runs until 10pm. That's the whole reason I choose to stay at this hotel and I was unable to locate where they say there is limited service. So I was misinformed by staff. However, when we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel had a bit of a smell. Though the room was large, and didn't smell itself. Breakfast was okay.”

“Convenient location to attend Fort Jackson graduation. Hotel was ok. You get what you pay for. Rooms were a bit updated but not super clean. Had an issue with one of our rooms, refrigerator was broken and toilet was having issue flushing. Was offered a different room.”

“Like the location of all the restaurants and shopping places. One thing they really need to fix is the elevators. They are very dirty and they run very rough going up and down the shaft. They need some maintenance work done to the big time. Give you a very scary ride up and down 🙅”

“This hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast, gym and pool area were great. This location is a nice area and close to a great Tanger outlet and top golf.”

“Hotel close to shopping. Tanger outlets were about 10 minutes away. Easy to get on and off the highway. Rooms were spacious. The only issue I had was with the light sources didn’t give enough light and the air condition COLD! Overall I’ll stay again.”

“I was very nervous coming in because I saw some reviews about the area being an issue and really was so safe and opposite of what I read online. Lots of homes in the area, cool all dairy free coffee shop, a questionable looking but totally safe gas station next door. But really the area was perfectly fine. Just boring! 15 minutes from all the action, no traffic. The rooms were STUNNING and so clean. The bed was comfy and the little living room area with the fridge is convenient and great!...
