“Infested with cockroaches!!! Did not end up staying there our whole trip. They did not refund us either. ”

“The A/C was good, my room was terrible next to the elevator shaft. I could hear and feel the vibrations from the elevator all day and night long. I was going to stay an extra day, but they tried to gouge me. And they weren’t very accommodating. ”

“First time in Phoenix and loved location of this hotel. Clean, bright, and inviting. Great little lobby, terrace with tons of seating. Room was clean and super quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lighting was a bit dim in the room. Would stay again!”

“The property is lovely. The staff are fantastic. I had a medical emergency and they helped me deal with that so I would say the staff at that particular location are really on the ball. They have everything covered as far as I could see. Anybody staying there would be in good hands at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Phoenix Biltmore location. Plus the area has a lot to offer. Lovely stay”

“I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. I mean some of the blame is on me I did this last mintute in a hurry so I could make it to my dads appointment but in Expedia it was...

“Our room had hair strands and potato chips on the floor. Room service didn't clean the bathroom floor. The property looks run down. ”

“The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room.”
