“Exceeded expectations, but in the two story area, had ground floor room but in the upstairs people were walking around half the night and it was very loud waking us numerous times,. ”

“The room was not IHG STANDARD Clean.. I would know as I am a former General Manager of Hilton Property, and prior IHG Front Office Manager of this brand.. floor was filthy, bathroom shower door leaked under the bottom of the door and poured water all over the bathroom floor, cleaned it up with a clean towel and the towel wiped up all the dirt left on the bathroom floor that the towel was discolored with dirt and filth.. walking barefoot in the actual room I had to wipe my feet off of the dirt...

“We stayed in room 103 for the night before my oral surgery, it was so clean & felt so fresh! My only complaint is the air conditioner was loud when it turned on but that was no problem to me! Would stay here again if I had the chance ”

“We arrived late in the evening due to the inclement weather. There was someone at the front desk who checked us in and had us on our way up to our room in five minutes. The room was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well-stocked. ”

“Parking was great as my husband is disabled and we were able to park right in front of our room; air conditioning/heating systems worked great; shower was amazing and bed was comfortable!”
