The luxuriously renovated 105 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of an entrance hall, two large double bedrooms equipped with every comfort, two bathrooms with shower, large living-dining room of about 30 sqm with an ancient fresco, well-equipped kitchenette and small balcony. The furniture is new with latest generation latex mattresses and wooden slats. Guests can use super-fast WI-FI (fibre) throughout the apartment for free, air conditioning, safe, towels, sheets, bathrobes, disposable slippers, hairdryer, iron, shower gel.

It is possible to pay to park the rental car in the convenient and functional garage right next to the house. Availability must always be confirmed.

No additional costs will be applied for energy, water and gas consumption.
You will be able to live in maximum tranquility in the greenery walking among centuries-old trees, fountains and beautiful gardens in the setting of Poggio Imperiale and along the streets of the artisan shops of Florence you can quickly reach the historic center. The apartment has an enviable position, as it is located in front of the entrance to the beautiful Boboli Gardens; it is also served by countless shops: bars, laundries, restaurants, trattorias, tobacconists, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. ...

For groups or large families it is possible to book with the same owner (always on Vrbo) an additional apartment a short distance from the first, completely new, with four beds (two double bedrooms) and two bathrooms. I will be happy to provide more information via the Vrbo website.

Upon arrival, guests will have to pay the tourist tax of € 6 per person per night required by the Municipality of Florence.

In addition, guests staying in the house must:
- show an identity document (passport or identity card);
- sign the rental contract
