NEW/NUOVISSIMO - L'Appartamento /Loft è situato al 3° ed ultimo piano di un Palazzo del Centro Storico di Firenze a due passi da Piazza Santa Maria Novella e dall'omonima Stazione Centrale di Firenze.
L'appartamento, arredato con mobili di Design, si sviluppa su un unico piano del palazzo.
Esso è composto da:
un Soggiorno-Pranzo con angolo cottura (in cui sono presenti frigo, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè NESPRESSO, microonde e piano cottura a induzione);
due Camere Matrimoniali e due bagni (entrambi con finestra), di cui uno ad uso esclusivo della camera principale e l'altro a disposizione della seconda camera e della zona giorno.
Dal Soggiorno, attraverso una scala interna a vista, si accede alla Terrazza Panoramica con vista a 360° dove è possibile trascorrere una piacevole serata a lume di candela in compagnia e di godere di una vista mozzafiato dei principali monumenti Rinascimentali Fiorentini e in particolare: la Cupola del Duomo con il Campanile di Giotto, la Torre di Arnolfo di Palazzo Signoria e il Campanile della Chiesa di Santa Maria Novella.
L'Apt/Loft (90 mq. + 20 mq. di Terrazza) è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2021 e può ospitare fino a 5 Persone (bambini compresi).
Esso dista 100 mt. da Piazza Santa Maria Novella e in 5 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere i principali Monumenti Storici Fiorentini come: il Duomo di S.Maria del Fiore, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Galleria degli Uffizi, la Basilica di San Lorenzo e le vie principali dello Shopping tra cui Via Tornabuoni con i principali Negozi Internazionali del Lusso e dell'Alta Moda.
Poco più distanti (10 minuti a piedi) si possono inoltre raggiungere Palazzo Pitti, il Museo dell'Accademia (con la famosissima statua originale del "DAVID" di Michelangelo) e i quartieri della movida Fiorentina di Santo Spirito e San Frediano.
Nella zona inoltre potete trovare innumerevoli Ristoranti, Trattorie e Pizzerie dove poter trascorrere una piacevole serata in compagnia gustando i famosi piatti della Cucina Toscana (come la famosa "Bistecca Fiorentina").

Like Being At Home-

This property was the best property in our entire stay in Italy.The owner was beyond friendly, accomodating and easy to work with throughout the process.The property has an amazing rooftop terrace that gave us a total view of the city and architecture.This is a must stay location!

Great week in Florence

We stayed a week in Florence with some friends and had an amazing time, even despite the rain. We spent many evenings on the roof top terrace relaxing with wine and talking about everything we saw during the day. The apartment was close to everything, we always joked it was about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was well appointed and Emiliano was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Panoramic View

Located less than 1 mile from the Santa Maria Novella train station, this property had everything going for it. Close to delicious coffee and pastry bars as well as delectable trattorias & restaurants. Bonus was the roof top patio with a great panoramic view that we enjoyed both at breakfast and in the evenings with wine and cheese. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with and always had the answer to any of our questions. We hope to return to Florence to enjoy this beautiful VRBO and the wonderful local food again!

Exceptional!!!

This apartment was perfect! We highly recommend this apartment. The location was centrally located (very close to a great wine shop, restaurants and bakery). We were able to walk Florence all day but come back throughout the day if we chose to do so. It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!! and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Of course, the rooftop terrace with the amazing view of the Duomo put the entire experience over the top! Emiliano was extremely accommodating and checked on us throughout the stay and responded to any questions we had very fast! I would absolutely stay here on my next visit to Florence. Enjoy!

Perfect rental for multi-day stay in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our family's visit to Florence. It was clean, updated, and had everything we could have asked for to serve as our base for exploring the region. The washer was especially helpful since we were in the middle of a multi-country European trip. The rooftop patio was amazing, and I'm sure is even better in the spring/fall. All the major sights, buses, and trains in Florence were within walking distance, and it was always enjoyable to come back to the apartment for a mid-day rest. Emiliano and his assistant were great communicators, and I would definitely rent again the next time we're in Florence.

Perfect stay

Great location. Less than ten minutes walk from the train stop coming from the airport. In 5 minutes you get to the area with all major tourist attractions. There is a convenience store a minute away. Restaurant 13 is a few feet away, make a reservation there. There is a/c in every room, hot water in the showers, and a rooftop patio for relaxing. The host is amazing and great with communication.

Wonderful location

This property is close to the train station and within walking distance to everything. The apartment was great for two couples and the terrace was lovely in the evening. The hosts respond quickly to messages and have a list of restaurants to eat at in the area that are nearby and have good food.

Just book it!

The BEST vrbo we’ve ever stayed in! This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Florence’s attractions, and it looks nicer in person than the photos show. Spacious, filled with light, and stocked well with all amenities. Our beds were very comfortable and the terrace was a perfect start and end to our days. Emiliano was so helpful and made sure we knew how to work everything in the apartment. His restaurant and bakery suggestions were spot on! We would love to stay here again in the future!

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY IN FLORENCE

Emiliano was an amazing host. He met us at the front door and helped with the luggage. We were provided the most complete and detailed tour of a property we have ever had. Emiliano provided some water and Coca-Cola in the fridge. Emiliano is a contractor who renovates properties in Florence. He has done over 3 dozen properties. His attention to detail was fabulous. Every room was a masterpiece. The roof deck gave great views of Florence and the surrounding hills. The location is about a 3-minute walk to a market and about 5 minutes to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. One thing to know and understand about this property is the fact that there are about 40 steps from the street to the entrance to the unit. If someone has mobility issues I would not recommend this unit. It did not affect our party, but it could be a problem for some people. Our family HIGHLY recommends this property. We plan to stay here on our return trip.

Gorgeous Property close to major attractions

Emiliano was an amazing host and this property was very clean and comfortable and has an amazing rooftop terrace. We were able to walk from the train station when we arrived and it was very close to the city center, central market, etc. We had a great time in Florence and loved staying here.

Great apartment in Florence

This is a fabulous property within walking distance of the train station and many of the attractions in Florence. Everything is updated and modern. The bedding and linens are comfortable and luxurious. The rooftop patio is an added bonus. Emiliano is a great host. He met us at the apartment and gave us a ton of information about the apartment and the attractions nearby. The restaurant that he recommended was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

Fun in Florence

Perfect location and very nice unit. It could us some extra inventory of blankets, towels, and pillows and also new pillows- all towels, blankets and pillows were very sparse in number and mediocre in quality. Otherwise, the unit is very comfortable and in a great location. The owner was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

The apartment fit my family of four perfectly. The location is central to a number of must see sites, the train station and tour pick up spots. It’s clean with modern appliances and most important it has air conditioning for the hot summer nights.

5 star apartment in Florence

Our family stayed in Florence for 5 days in this wonderful apartment. It was clean, modern, comfortable and so convenient to the sites, shopping and restaurants. The patio offered absolutely amazing views, with a few olive trees in terracotta planters, adding another touch of the Italian charm. Enjoyed the view of the Duomo and other bell towers straight from the patio. The host was wonderful and responsive. Thank you for the Italian hospitality and making our trip special. Grazie mille!

Perfect Home Base for Tour of Tuscany

We had the best stay and Emiliano is a superb host! Our family stayed 4 nights to tour Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Venice. It was the absolutely perfect spot - 5 min walk to the train station, easy walk to all sites in Florence, 5 min walk to a small grocery and perfectly comfortable for our family of 4. Emiliano has thought of everything (kitchen is very well appointed and made breakfast and some light dinners easy) and sunset on the terrace was incredible. Highly recommend!
