“The young lady at the front desk was very nice, even with a lack of the English language, however after that the nightmare began, no internet on Sunday and Monday morning so I could not plan my future activities and then it was too late to find another hotel, very unsecured property, parking lot had lights that never came on so had to stay up most of the night guarding our car, anyone can walk right in from the rear because the doors are missing the door strikes, when checking out the property...

“The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The only issue is we visit Navarre 3-4 times a year for quick 2-3 day stays and I always bring my 22 ft boat. I normally back in and park on the grass section upfront but sometimes it is not available because of cars parking there. Maybe designate that area for vehicles with trailers and boats. I noticed the hotel next to the Best Western had plenty of parking for trailers and such.”

“We love this hotel! The location is ideal, we park our car when we arrive and take the trolley all over the city. The breakfast stop in the front is amazing, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's the only place we stay when we visit St Augustine!”
