“Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. “This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. “This is not family friendly property. Parties were all the time, loud music, big companies. No management at the facility. Nobody cares what is going on. Only cleaning staff is friendly and respectful.”

“Our room was fine for one night. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Would be better if you could speak directly to someone instead of emails and texts. My card was charged 2 days prior to our stay, but booked with the understanding we pay upon arrival and it’s been 5 days & we have yet to receive our security deposit back.”
