Resort a Florida Panhandle

“I want to love this place but after my recent stay I am very disappointed to say the least. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing until we left. I was charged a $250.00 smoking fee when I went to check out. My husband and I do not smoke. We filled out a dispute form but it went absolutely no where. Every time I called to get an update or to speak to a manager I was told on multiple occasions that they were busy and would call me back and if I hadn't heard back by a...

Pool was fantastic and the staff was welcoming and cheerful :) rooms were cleaned and hoiskeep ok ng was stellar - it's these tjjbgs that really make the trip ;) side note: they do take $100.00 a day when you arrive for any damages. This money gets returned to you eventually. Just make sure your ready to charge it!”
