“The hotel is q true gem just on interstate 57 before the I74 interstate junction. It was very clean and comfortable. They have surprisingly nice amenities. They have guest laundry. Tony the front door personnel made it thatch nicer. He's very good with customer service. I will definitely comeback again .”

“Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.”

“Clean property with free parking. We did not eat breakfast there though.”

“The room was clean, but it was very stuffy. The AC was not super effective. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were terrible. We went to eat somewhere else.”

“Room appeared clean, bathroom door knob was very loose and did not lock, breakfast consisted of dry cereal with no milk, instant oatmeal with no available water or milk to mix it with, there was syrup but no waffle maker, they did have yogurt, 1 apple and 1 orange, and a bottle of orange juice if you wanted to pour yourself a cup of juice. Oh they also had pieces of bread put into ziplock bags and a toaster plenty of jelly and butter”

“Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep”

“Clean and pleasant for a short stopover on our road trip. Breakfast was ok - good for getting back on the road.”

“One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards.”

“It would have been nice to have some cookware in the room. Had to go purchase some because hotel wanted to charge $50 to rent a set.”
