“I was so disappointed. I will NOT be staying again. The property gives off a work and tired feeling. This feeling is confirmed by the dated furniture and scratch marks throughout the hotel room. The nice thing about the room is the bathroom. The bathroom is pretty nice. And the price is just a few dollars less expensive than The Monarch down the street. And The Monarch is such a nicer property. ”

“Don’t stay here! Especially if you have kids! I am already used to and desensitized by ridiculous resort fees, sure we paying for hotel but need to pay extra to use amenities??! This time they tried to charge $26.99 or so plus tax (don’t wanna forget that) for early check-in, since we dared to come in an hour early(around 3pm). They just started this policy a few weeks earlier, before you could check-in at 2pm with no extra fees. I guess they figured a new way to take peoples hard earned money,...

“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. “The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable. ”
