“Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. ”

“We were in Chicago to see Stray Kids at Wrigley Field and this home was in a great location for us as it was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. I highly recommend taking the street when going different places to avoid sitting in freeway traffic and your able to see alot more of Chicago. The neighborhood also felt safe and had many great local restaurants to check out. The house was very cozy but still well maintained, check-in and check-out was simple, and Fabio and Nancy made it easy...
