“The staff were very helpful and very nice. There is a restaurant on the property with live music. Over all it was nice however the room was small on place to put my luggage down. Not a bad place to stay but kinda a long walk to the beach if you're 65 years old.”

“Clean and simple. Rooms had wooden floors which is good at the beach, Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge/freezer that worked well, microwave and small coffee maker. Plenty of towels that were thick and fluffy. TV with streaming platforms. No room key needed - uses key code sent to your phone at check-in. Would be nice to have some hooks on the wall for hanging beach stuff, and would be nice to have an ice machine on premises. Otherwise great! Bit of a walk to the beach -...

“We enjoyed our stay at the Starlite Inn. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was absolutely amazing. Within walking distance from everything. However, we had some issues with the hot water during our last night. Hopefully they got it resolved prior to the next renter. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location was perfect to downtown Southport, ferry and local beaches. I’m just not a fan of in the style of air conditioning but it wouldn’t prevent us from coming back.”

“Room was nicely renovated.. there was some issue with the ac unit not really cooling the room bc it’s blowing right into the end of the mattress basically… even when you try to adjust the vents they don’t really blow above the mattress. The 2nd pool wasn’t available to use when we were there and the outdoor shower wasn’t useable, which was frustrating coming back from the beach. The other pool area was nice. Very good location, walkable to a lot of restaurants and to the beach. Fun outdoor game...
