“Got charged for parking the car at the hotel. Happy to pay, but they def should have note it on the description. Transparancy is the most important for customers.”

The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

“There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool.”

“Our room was on 3 levels. (Living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 2). To access the upper rooms, we climbed a full story of very steep stairs for each bedroom. Had I know ahead of time, I would have requested another room, or book a different hotel. ”

Felt very uncomfortable in the room. Weird sounds all night long. Seemed more like a shelter for homeless individuals. ”
