“Breakfast was posted to start at 6:00 am. The hot entrees arrived at 6:40 and 6:50. I asked the front desk staff about the delay and he said”we start preparing at 6;00.” No, that is not acceptable because many people have breakfast before they go to work. He just shrugged. The pool area was dirty. The floor of the pool was dirty. ”

“Changed rooms and still roach infestation so checked out early ”

“Room had a mildew odor, TV only had 26 channels, Air Conditioner/Heating system was not working properly, no phone landlind in the room. The whole 1st floor hallway had a stinky odor. Felt very uncomfortable in the room. Weird sounds all night long. Seemed more like a shelter for homeless individuals. ”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue.”

“Front Desk gentleman was rude and not helpful at all. Very short answers and was acting irritated when I asked questions ”

“There were no places to hang up or put clothes except a hook at the very top of the bathroom door. The grates in the refrigerator need to be painted. There was no freezer. The door is solid and please remember it needs to be pulled in. The street is sometimes loud. ”

“The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. ”

“Old, looks nothing like the photos. Staff were so loud when cleaning other rooms in the morning while we were sleeping it seemed like children were playing in the halls”
