“Pool is nice but area not too clean, seaters are worn. Location near the water very nice, balcony in the room with seeview pleasant. Room big enough but queen beds are not so confortable for two, barhroom quite small. Services are quite scarce (only one cleaning in 4 night after asking several times). Personnel at desk not over friendly but ok. In general good location for Miami Beach, ypu need the car to go anywhere but parking available and free”

“Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.”

“Al ns arrivo in anticipo... ci hanno fatto restare in reception dall'ora di pranzo alle 16.30 prima di assegnarci la camera, con l albergo non fully booked.
In 4 gg di soggiorno nessuno è venuto a pulire la stanza, è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere. Inoltre nelle foto della prenotazione c era un balcone nella stanza mentre la camera a noi assegnata era con finestre addirittura sigillate!”

“Front desk service is extremely slow and they aren’t very friendly. All of the treadmills were not working nor could the maintenance man fix them.
They charge guests for parking. The breakfast is average at best. Very disappointing.
The best experience was being serviced by a man named Raymond at breakfast. ”

“This hotel reminded me of old Hollywood when I was growing up there. Rooms were clean and orderly. The floors could use some updating but we're not bad for age of buildings and a half block from beach
The young lady at the desk at check in was excellent and extremely helpful. She explained the rules and the amenities and also explained the discounts available at the restaurant.
If your not overly picky about accommodations this is a very good facility to stay at.”

“Vicino al mare, parcheggio gratuito e piscina piccola ma riscaldata. Camera con poche spine elettriche, tv 26 pollici e non 45 come in descrizione. Solo 1 piastra elettrica in cucina funzionante. Regole troppo rigide. Servizio molto ridotto al minimo (al risparmio): 1 shampoo e 1 balsamo per 2 persone per 3 gg. A fine soggiorno bisogna disfare il letto ecc. mai visto in nessun hotel. Comunque pulizia ok. Posizione comoda. Dopo il check-in alle 10 ho chiesto di poter lasciare l'auto ancora...
