Disappointing, left early
I booked for a long stay due to job circumstances and off the bat, the parking situation was horrible - no car verification for a space, very limited spaces for how busy the unit was (MAYBE 6/7 solid spots depending on how people decided to park for about 10 units) which resulted in getting blocked in multiple times, late for work, scratched rims, etc. I’ve contacted them multiple times about it and was told I was NOT allowed to park on the street or I would be towed but because there wasn’t any space anywhere for my car when I got back at night they said I could park on the street the next day after I already took the chance of being towed. Very dry and unhelpful. The unit was “clean” until you got up close, unknown substances on the walls and fridge, behind decorations - the wall and behind the oven and fridge were nasty. Mold in the bathroom, under the sink, and under a table in the studio. And the worst part there were roach traps in drawers and cabinets when I checked in but it’s a tropical/humid area so I looked past it. UNTIL I started finding them in ALL of the appliances it got worse and worse then I realized what a roach infestation was, baby German roaches everywhere egg sacks in between oven/fridge. (Never delt with that before) I’d been too stressed with work and moving I wasn’t looking for any more problems but I hit a breaking point after seeing more and more. They were “surprised” hilariousLeft a week 1/2 early because I couldn’t sleep there another night.
