“Im sure its normally fine but the elevator malfunctioned and suddenly dropped 6 floors, trapping me inside, and it was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. After Ringling the alarm for ages, pressing yhe call number, --- hitting stop-- nobody answered the call button and nobody came. “I had a very good stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable bed, water pressure in shower was good, it was a bit on the hot side in NYC during my stay and the air conditioning in the room worked well, it was a great location right off Times Square and the rooftop bar was very good. I would stay here again for future trips.”
