“The place stunk like smoke even though I asked for non smoking. There were burn holes in the bedspread! It was grungy and stuff was smeared on the bathroom door. It was terrible!”

The staff were very friendly and accommodating...from the manger who changed our room to give us a tub instead of a shower...numerous staff who spoke to us...the ladies who set up the breakfast...everyone! The breakfast was the best I've ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed in. We were extremely pleased and would definitely would stay there again if our travels take us to Vienna.”

“Breakfast menu was very good, different things every morning. Very fresh, good quality items. The decor is a bit dated, but it seemed clean. They did have trouble in the lobby with the roof leaking during a rainstorm, there were buckets and trash cans out to catch the water.”
