Tranquilla, ben progettata e ingegnosa in termini di spazio e spazio, questa vacanza pulita, luminosa, luminosa e scintillante dispone di una cucina completa con lavastoviglie, arioso soggiorno e ampio bagno. La camera da letto ha un letto king-size e il soggiorno un divano letto queen-size. Sulla splendida terrazza ci si può sedere e godersi le splendide viste e le calde brezze del golfo.

L'Estero Beach and Tennis Club, offre una piscina riscaldata in loco, campi da tennis in terra battuta, shuffleboard, griglie e un servizio lavanderia su 10 acri paesaggistici di fronte al golfo.

Situato nella tranquilla estremità meridionale di Ft. Myers Beach, il complesso condominiale si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a ristoranti, negozi, farmacia, porto turistico per il noleggio di barche e un campo da golf executive a 18 buche. C'è anche una banca, una libreria e un negozio di articoli di cancelleria con un ufficio postale degli Stati Uniti a pochi passi.

Beach is beautiful! The condo is completely clean. Manager is quick to reply to any and all requests. We would stay here again and recommend to all family and friends. Thank you for a great week and experience:)

Loved This Place

This is an excellent place in spite of the construction happening due to 3 hurricanes over the past 3 years.The pool is clean, the right temperature and close to the condo buildings.The beach is also very close and a relaxing area.The condo is small, but so well organized that it works very well

Wonderful

Great communication/instructions with property manager. Very clean, and steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Construction was minimal when we were there mainly working on landscaping. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Great accommodations

We loved our stay on Estero - accommodations were exactly as pictured! It is located on Fort Myers Beach, has a beautiful balcony, you can hear the ocean and wonderful December weather! We were looking for a quiet retreat, yet near to touristy stuff, which it was. The condo was perfect for the two of us - there was a Publix 5 miles down the road to the condo - so easy to pick up supplies. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet get away, yet close to the city of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs and Naples.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo had everything we needed. Although Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, we had a very relaxing time. There were several wonderful restaurants open with amazing food. The beach was lovely, we enjoyed looking for shells and saw dolphins several times. We did a kayak excursion and saw dolphins, manatee and many native birds. Condo was clean, pool was open, office staff was very friendly, check in was so easy. We were able to borrow pickleball equipment from the office and played a couple games. The hosts were great, they checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed for a smooth check in/out. There was a lot of construction going on in neighboring condos and all along the island. However, the noise was not loud or disruptive. It was good to see the recovery process and the positivity of everyone we met. We had a very nice time and would love to visit again.

Beautiful Condo

Terri was very attentive to our needs and honest about the construction (which was very little) on the grounds. She also communicated the possibility of Red Tide notice she received and offered options for us. As it turned out, there was no Red Tide while we were there. The condo itself was beautiful - newly redecorated and renovated. The condo was clean and updated. The space met our needs for the week. The beach was right outside the building and we had a small view from the balcony. Would highly recommend renting from her.

Couple Getaway

This condo was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach, even though at high tide, there isn’t much of it. We’ve stayed at EBTC before Ian, and the beach seems very different now. But we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We like this place and this end of the island. Terri was great with info and answering our questions.

Perfect vacation spot

We had a great family vacation at this condo in ft Myers beach. It was neat to see the island slowly rebuilding and businesses being creative to stay open following Ina. The pool is perfect and the access to beach is so convenient. The entire complex is well maintained and perfect for a week of relaxation. We will be back. :)

Clean beachfront property

This property was great. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, the location was great, the host was very responsive & informative of the construction process as well as which amenities would or wouldn't be available during our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great condo on the beach

We loved our stay, the condo is just the right size for a couple. It is stocked with everything that you need for a beach vacation including towels, beach chairs, etc. Great for us since we arrived by plane. The building was still undergoing some construction but that did not hinder our enjoyment. There were no loud noises and we were able to get to the beach with no issues. The pool was not open but the lounge chairs were out so that they could be used in the large sandy area in front of the building. The beach is just a few steps away and couldn't be more convenient. Parking is on-site and free. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Terri's condo. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. We appreciated Terri's honesty about the area not being up to par with all the storm recovery going on, so we knew what to expect. The pool had not yet opened while we were there and Terri was quick to credit us for the loss of that amenity. The beach was gorgeous and got to try out the beautiful new pickleball courts. Thank you Terri, we will be back.

Wonderful stay

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean, crisply decorated and well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a short weekend or a long stay. The hosts were very friendly and completely up front about all our inquiries about the state of the property and Ft Myers Beach as the area continues to recover from Ian. At the time of our stay not all of the properties wonderful amenities were back on line but the views from the furnished deck of amazing sunrises and the spectacular sunsets from the beach made our trip extremely memorable. We looked forward to staying again once your beautiful property is completed. Thank you Terri & Mike
