“Stanza molto rumorosa e con tv non funzionante. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto di no e che avrei dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo. La domenica il frigo ha smesso di funzionare e ho dovuto buttare via tutto il cibo che avevo. Non mi è stato proposto un refound”
