“Gross. Very dirty. Poorly light. Many lights in room didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and had water damage. Smoke detector was missing with wires just dangling. Filthy bathroom with spiders and other associated bugs. No toiletries for shower if you were brave enough to even attempt it. Room and hallways smelled of smoke. Very sketchy low quality. Online pictures must be of a newly renovated room because it was nothing like the room I had to endure.”

“The room was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was very good. The kids were disappointed that the pool not in service. We would stay here again. Thanks!”

“Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.”

“We were given a room that wasn’t locked when we arrived. We went in, brought out luggage, and realized the door would not lock. Front desk couldn’t get it to lock either, so we had to change to another room. That room the toilet would not flush. So, we didn’t shower in the am, as we wanted to.”

“Hilton properties are not what they used to be. This hotel and the staff are a good example of that. Very unfortunate.”

“This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”

“Hole in the door, the shower was broke did not help to fix it. I told her about the door. She said we still couldn’t put me in a different room I had booked the Jacuzzi room. Did I receive a Jacuzzi room said I booked the wrong room not never staying here a again no elevators”

“Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”

“Always have a wonderful time when I stay at a drury hotel. I’ve been to two now in different states and they always are a wonderful time! The complimentary dinner and breakfast is always on point and the drinks are always a plus! I recommend anyone to stay here”

“Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.”
