“The hotel is ok, it’s close to a hospital and it seems like it’s for families that need to stay close to the hospital. They charge for everything including water. No lotion in room & really bad coffee. ”

“There was a piece of metal screwed into my door where my deadbolt would not lock I believe the staff was going to my room also was charged to extend my stay and then they couldn't find my extension went through my stuff moved my room without even telling me”

“We booked this place because it had an indoor pool, a workout room, and breakfast. Well, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that the pool was not really available due to the heating system..the water was freezing! We could barely keep our feet in the water before our feet went numb. The workout room was ok, only two of the three treadmills worked, and they had sticky gooey stuff on them. The first morning breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the second morning the place was packed...

“Restaurant/bar and pool were closed which weren’t advertised and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked here. One of our party’s car was broken into and property stolen. Management was rude to patrons. Price was good but certainly not worth the hassle. ”

“This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around.”

“Don’t be fooled by the front desk presentation of a clean façade. The room was dirty. There was water coming from the side of a wall. The shower was dirty and the floors were moldy. I did not trust the furniture or sheets but it was too late and I just wanted to go to bed. There was also a weird smell… not worth the price. There was Gnats as well in the room…”

“We stayed in three rooms for three nights, and they never cleaned our rooms. They didn't even empty the trash cans; within three days, they were overflowing. I went to the front desk and asked them to clean the rooms, but they did nothing. The entire hotel wasn't as clean as the reviews said. This isn't the quality I expected from Hampton Inn. I usually prefer Hampton Inn to other hotels, but in the future, I'll switch to another brand.”

“Toilet was dirty, elevator dirty. Played background music loudly all night long, could not get enough sleep because of that. AC turned off several times in the middle of night, had to manually turned on. Terrible experience , never going back”

“I’m fairly certain we had mold on our bathroom ceiling and when we asked for towels we were told to wait an hour and then never got any.”
