“Room was clean but not well maintained property. Bed was from probably the 1950’s. Air conditioner sounded like it was making ice all night and very loud. Water kept running in the toilet all night too. Loud music playing at all hours in the parking lot. When I went to turn in the keys the guy was laying on a couch watching tv with his feet kicked up and made me walk the keys to him. Didn’t even bother to get up. Night shift guy was nice though. ”

“Travelling with 2 teenagers. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us that they gave our rooms away and gave us 2 rooms with 2kings. They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families. ”

“We liked everything about the hotel with exception of the room layout. The bedroom area is only separated from the bathroom area by a glass 3/4 wall that provides no privacy for showers or getting ready at the vanity. That also provides for no noise blocking from the shower or someone drying their hair. In addition, the toilet area has a pocket door that provides for no noise blocking if you are in the bedroom, have fun with that.”

“If you're flying in or out of Tampa, this is by far, THE PLACE TO STAY.? You literally walk one step and you go from the lobby into the terminal. The room was on a recently renovated floor and was first class as was the bar/ lounge and the breakfast Cafe. The food was excellent. The pick-up and return of the rental car was so efficient, right on the property. Check in valet service, or self parking was also the easiest I've ever seen at a major airport. ”

“I booked a king bed but when I got there they give me 2 small beds because I booked through Expedia amd they need the room so they gave ot to someone else. Very disappointed ”
