Situated on a quiet cul de sac with stunning mountain views, serenity awaits at this idyllic getaway. Sample the terrain at world-class ski resorts. Venture out to go hiking, biking, or golfing. Spend sunny days boating or paddleboarding on Dillon Reservoir. Then return home to soak in your private hot tub.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode in the living area, furnished with two sofas and three armchairs. At night, light the gas fireplace and settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV.

Play card games in the bonus living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, armchairs, a smart TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and a games table.

The loft area is outfitted with a desk and a twin daybed.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, featuring ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets.

Gather for fresh meals around the eight-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This vacation rental accommodates nine guests between three bedrooms, a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the den, and a twin sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find supreme comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, gas fireplace, with stunning mountain views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

One guest bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, while the other offers two twins. These rooms are connected by a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a double vanity.

A third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay at Aspen Grove Lodge, the location is close to town but still secluded so you feel like you're in the mountains. 10 - 15 minutes to Copper Mountain is hard to beat!

Getaway

Everything was great except the hot tub. It was dirty, smelly and jets never worked. One of the reasons we chose this property was the hot tub. Huge disappointment.

Great property and owners, terrible management company

The house was great! Spacious, well-furnished, kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, etc. Hot tub was nice. Overall very comfortable. Quiet, peaceful location. However, TurnKey, the management company, was terrible. We checked in around 5pm, no shower nor other hot water need till the next morning when the water temp was warm but not hot. We called TurnKey at 7:30am, no return call till after we called again at 10:40am. Basic handyman out at 3:00pm found the heat pump system had tripped off and continued to do so after reset. A mechanical system guy would be needed. By 9:00am the next day, we had not received another call from the local TurnKey person (they are a national firm and you get a national phone receptionist when you call), despite our calling twice the evening before. Finally, around 11:00am, we were called by TurnKey and told they could not get a "vendor" to come address the hot water being out (it was now cold only) and the best they could do was offer to have us move to one of three other properties, in Silverthorne or Breckenridge. Meanwhile, we had spoken with the neighbors (wonderful people) who know the owners. They reached the owners, who also were not getting any meaningful communication from TurnKey, the owners contacted a local mechanical company and the problem was fixed by 2:00pm. We eventually spoke with the owners, who were great. TurnKey was, as noted, incompetent, of no help. We would love to stay at the house again and may do so. It was a great vacation home. Just beware, if you stay at a TurnKey property and have a major problem, you may have tremendous difficulty getting it fixed.

Perfect and exactly what we needed/wanted

Early check in was very helpful Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful The house is very clean and spacious A bit more comfortable seating on decks would be great. Really close to neighbors so a sitting on the front and back deck and using hot tub is not quite private but was ok for us. Neighbors were very friendly. The hint of a late check out option throughout all property manager correspondence seemed great until the cost was brought up on the last night. Might rethink that as last impression of service. Would stay again though.
