“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“It was clean, which was appreciated. However, taking a shower was a challenge! First, there was no fan, at least not one that worked. Also, I am 82 years old and more conscious now of falling. There was nothing to hold onto in the shower - nothing, not even a handle on the soap box. I didn't fall, but I was glad when I was done and could step out!”
