“The rental was fantastic! Everything we could have needed was available, the process was simple and the stay was great! We had one beautiful sunny day and one hunker down rainy day and they both were filled with fun, laughter and relaxation! Looking forward to booking again! ”

“Aside from no heat/hot water for first day, group of 4 adults enjoyed. Also, no carafe in coffee pot but Rep from Vacasa brought a new coffeemaker upon arrival to check and find that propane was empty. I think anymore than 4 adults would be somewhat cramped. Would rent again but feel Vacasa should offer some type of a credit for the heat/hot water inconvenience.”

“We had a great stay at this cozy camp, thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the water and relaxing. Lots to do in the area but not a bad drive to Portland either. We wish the bedrooms had an extra lamp each- very dark! But that is a minor complaint. Hope to Iretun next year!”

“This is the second time that we have rented this property. The lake is so peaceful and warm. The town has everything you need from a donut shop, takeout stand, a restaurant that also has great takeout, a great grocery store, etc. The camp also has everything you need. We stayed here with our adult children. There are four bedrooms and an upstairs and downstairs. It’s easy to either spend time together or to have your own space. “We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. Our kids loved the wooded area behind the property and all the “wildlife” (tiny tree frogs and moths, lol) they saw. The sleeping options were also a favorite, they had many places to choose...

“The Sandy Ridge cottage is an awesome place for a relaxing get away in the most peaceful setting. Allison goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome the second you walk thru the door. The cottage was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed plus more. Outside there is a nice deck as well as a campfire area with comfy Adirondack chairs to hang out under the pines.
