“Everything was okay ”

“Avrei voluta dare 5 stelle, ma causa di tre inconvenienti ne ho date solo 4. 1. La tenda della finestra era bloccata e quindi non si poteva regolare. 2. Non mi hanno riordinato la camera. 3. La luce del letto per la lettura non funzionava. ”

“Room clean, no odors, cool so used heat and temperature stayed even. Breakfast was minimal. Waffle, muffin, bagel, cream cheese, and cereal. ”

“This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe.”

“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. “Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....

“The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Manager Jennifer helped out with a check-in issue, she was prompt and very kind. The hotel is about a 15-20min drive from Albany, IN which has the nearest gas stations and restaurants. The hotel has breakfast and dinner options but limited food service from 12pm-5pm. There’s a Gordon Ramsey restaurant that opens at 4pm so plan accordingly. Clean pool and hot tub amenities, I would definitely stay here again!”
