This spacious split-level 1-bedroom retreat features a short flight of 8 steps to a serene bedroom suite with a brand-new king bed, perfect for deep rest after a beach day.

Enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a bedroom desk ideal for working remotely or catching up on emails. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals in, plus Keurig coffee and a welcome snack jar to keep you fueled while you settle in.

A full laundry room makes extended stays easy, and the sleeper sofa offers extra space for family or friends.

Unwind at the community pool with a waterfall, shaded tables, lounge chairs, and a sunny upper deck. Or spend your evening on the private patio, enjoying the ocean breeze under the stars.

Just 1/3 mile to the Seawall and a short drive to drive-on beach access—this is your perfect Galveston base!

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.

Rules and Courtesies:
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the condo, the immediate space around this condo, or any common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. $500 fine will be charged if evidence is found.

Please do not leave wet towels outside. Bring them inside and place in the washing machine.
Please do not move furniture outside. Use the provided camping chairs as needed.
Do not leave trash outside the door. There is a $150 fee for any trash left outside.
There is a $200 fee for lost pool passes, and a $250 fee for lost gym passes.

Guests are required to complete registration before arrival. Please provide the full names of all adults and children, along with valid IDs for all adult guests. We also need your vehicle information, including license plate number and make/model. If you’re bringing pets, kindly share their details as well—their name, breed, age, and updated vaccination records.

Guests are allowed 1 vehicle (no boats or trailers). Please reach out before hand and we may be able to talk to the HOA about making an exception. Exceptions will not be made if we do not get permission BEFORE check-in.

Pool and Gym Rules:
All persons must always wear a pool band while in the pool area or pool. You will NOT be allowed in the pool area without a pool band. HOA reserves the right to press trespassing charges if this is violated. Pool hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily. Trespassing outside these hours is subject to a $150 fine. Please rinse off before entering the pool and wear proper swimming attire. No glass containers allowed. Any persons intoxicated or cause a disruption of any sort in the pool area will be subject to lose privileges and will be fined. Anyone under 18 years of age must be with an adult while using fitness equipment or in the fitness area. The fitness area is available for use Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Precious little condo! Bed was super comfy & furniture all clean. Cutely decorated and has all the things you need. Pool is nice & clean. Loved the location- out of all the crazy traffic, and parking was a breeze.
