Unfortunately, I am struggling to find the pros in this situation. Cons:The home does not look like the pictures especially outside. It looks very run-down and not well maintained.The backyard had lots of debris and empty trash cans right at the base of the stairs.The entrance stairs were covered in poop. We couldn't enjoy the pool because the backyard needs to be sprayed for mosquitos. The front door lock didn't lock from the outside with the code provided and the door needs to be replaced. The downstairs unit of this rental is being renovated and that debris was in the yardThe first bedroom did not have a window shade and was right in the sun. Contacted the caretaker who first told me the maintenance would come and hang it the next day 10/14, but then told me they couldn't come and told me to take one from the living room to hang there. The audacity of her even asking a paying guest to do such a thing. Bedroom #2 only had a duvet cover with no fitted sheet, pillowcases, blanket. I had to make up the bed for one of my kids to use it. The wifi code/sign on provided at check in was incorrect. The caretaker offered a late checkout for all of the inconveniences, but did not resolve any of them. I checked out at 12 instead of 10 not because we were enjoying the house, but because we wanted one more quick beach run. We were ALL ready to go home and that never happens. This home should not be rented until vast improvements are made. Pros: Peacocks and horses nearby
