“Older property with some updates. New faucets in bathroom and tub. Young lady at check in was very helpful. Easy parking and it felt like a safe area. I would stay here again.”

“I went by the rating looking for a place to layover. I didn't believe an off-the-interstate, lesser brand motel would live up to the hype. It did! The only downfall was the motel odor found in every motel across the country, it seems. Great bed. Soft carpet. Clean, efficient shower. The kindest staff. A real delight when needed a place to sleep for the night.”

“Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.”

“Room I reserved was not available when I arrived. Whole place had an odd smell like incense. Was given a room with smaller bed. Pillows were smallest I have seen besides decorative pillows. Shower handle was very hard to turn. Worried it would break off trying to turn on water. My wife got a pizza that was possibly worst I have ever had but still expensive. We did not gamble as we were just sleeping and leaving next day traveling. Maybe a good casino (I don’t know) but hotel was not great...

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”

“There were a couple of purely cosmetic issues, overall it was a great place to spend the night and I would happily stay there longer. Coffee and a hairdryer in the room which is a rarity anymore but much appreciated. ”

“Hotel molto comodo e camera molto grandi. Il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente e il personale e molto gentile. Addirittura hanno lavatrice e asciugatrice per I client (a pagamento). La colazione buona ed abondante.”
