"Hotels.com failed to send our reservation to the condo company and after driving 10 hours, we were in the office with no place to stay when we got there. The agent was very gracious and was able to find another unit for us and saved our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean and a short walk ..."

"Carol is an amazing host. This was our 2nd stay here and it was the perfect place to stay. The sheets on our bed were so soft and the place was was very clean. We had a bulb in the bathroom out and Carol came right over and replaced it. Also replaced the faucets in both bathrooms to better ones. ..."
