“Older motel, but rooms renovated, spacious and clean. Air con worked well and plenty of bedding and quiet.. Very handy to restaurants.”

“Beds were comfy and location was good. Villa was tiny tiny tiny! Barely space to walk around the beds. Really noisy as well, the road nearby must be part of the hoon blockie route. Games room was poor, with only 4-5 out of about ten games working. Wouldn't stay again.”

“The room was great, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel was perfect, it hasn’t everything you need and you could actually enjoy a trip without having to leave the hotel - the pool, gym, games areas are great. The restaurant and bar was amazing - several different sections to enjoy, restaurant, bistro, sports bar, beer garden all with access to a play area for kids. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Ballarat”

“DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO DUST Room appeared clean enough on the surface, comfy ish bed how ever, room was full of dust to the point that I'm now on antibiotics for sinusitis and steroids for an asthma flare up. Staff (the 1 we saw) was friendly and helpful, made sure we had clean towels. The pool is not heated to 28 as advised, and has a 'lovely' layer of green on the ground. While the rooms are non smoking there are tables set up outside the rooms so good luck if your...
