• 2 bedrooms (master with ensuite), while the separate reading room and lounge room both have foldout beds (linen supplied)

• Fully equipped kitchen

All the vibes of a country getaway with the convenience of being near Geelong and the Peninsula. We had such a great time staying at Pat's cottage. Fully stocked so we could have a little breakfast one day and a fire at night the next. Thanks for building such a nice place to escape.

This was such a beautiful farm cottage, close to town and the beach, exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had the most wonderful time enjoying the outdoor space, breathing the fresh air and listening to the birds. The host was an excellent communicator which made everything super smooth. Would absolutely recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

We have visited multiple times and have enjoyed ourselves every time... Pat is very welcoming and flexible with check in / check out times where possible... Great location, near wineries and shops, but far enough to feel like you are staying in the country.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful cottage. We brought our large Dalmatian and he had an absolute ball. The cottage is beautifully renovated and furnished and it has such a lovely feel to it. We all enjoyed sitting out on the grass watching the wildlife running around while the sun was setting. I am very picky when it comes to accommodation, especially ones that are dog friendly, and we would absolutely not hesitate to book and stay here again. Thankyou Pat for your hospitality. This home away from home gave us a space to come together as a family from interstate for the holiday season. From the young, old and the furry, we have created memories in this home that we will all cherish together. It is such a beautiful property with everything inside and out that truly made it feel like home. As I sit here, writing this review, the sunset over the field, watching the rabbits run around having a cold drink on the front deck and thank you for giving us the opportunity to come together.From The Dyers

Our group of 6 friends loved our stay. There was enough space to not feel overcrowded but maintained a cosy feel. The outlook is instantly peaceful and the cottage itself is beautiful. Everything you need is here

A perfect facility for our needs on the long weekend. We were able to travel around the Peninsula during the day whilst enjoying breakfasts and dinners at home. Just a couple of comments. The website didn’t indicate that there was an en suite and that the 3rd room was a very adequate bedroom. Also the spout in the en-suite is loose Another suggestion… it may be worth considering more functional bedside lamps to read by. Just a thought. Thanks for the opportunity

Beautiful cottage that is incredibly well equipped for our short stay. Lots of entertainment for the kids from books to board games. Communication with the owners was fantastic before our arrival. Looking forward to coming back already!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at Pat's place. Serene, quiet and plenty of open space appreciated by us and our blue heeler. Decor and furnishings are of a high standard and the home is very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Close to everything the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.

We enjoyed a delightful family getaway at this property during peak season. Appreciated its slightly secluded setting with picturesque countryside views, ensuring a peaceful stay without disruptions from other holidaymakers. The proximity to the beach, just a 10-minute drive to Barwon Heads/Ocean Grove, was a bonus. The house itself was charming, accommodating 6 adults and 1 infant perfectly. Our only critique, preventing a 5-star rating, is that the futon beds lacked comfort. If there was a double bed or bunk beds in the reading room with a more comfortable mattress would have earned it a 5-star review from us.

Beautiful stay in this wonderful country property, so quiet and relaxing, and only 5-10 mins drive to everything you need for a great family holiday (shops, beach, off lead dog beach, water park, and wineries). We had a fabulous stay, and will definitely be visiting again soon!

We loved the property, it was beautiful with vines, pond, firepit, cows and I think we saw a wombat too. At night, the stars were bright and beautiful. The house is cosy, well-designed and there were two living areas, as well as great bathrooms. Pat is a friendly, helpful host! It was close proximity to all the places we wanted to visit, yet felt so secluded we forgot we were minutes away from Geelong. Many thanks again for having us Pat!
