“Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! ”

“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. “Beach views depend on cabin location. Restaurant is very good but doesn’t accept cash, so be prepared for that. Great dog friendly place although it’s a bit of a walk to the dog beach, (or a couple minute drive through the parking area). Overall it’s a favorite place for traveling with dogs. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”

“We did pay unexpected fees and the hotel was very disappointed also the hot tub doesn’t work if we just get notice so we can plan a head and booking another place Also the bathroom was dirty is not that was expected plus the shower not have hot water ”
