“Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. “There were public hairs in the sheets, which would seem to mean the sheets weren’t fresh. The bathroom wreaks like urine. There was red bacteria growth in the bathroom. The floor felt sticky in spots. The lady at the front desk was a rude as al get out and wouldn’t let us check in a half hour early, even though we called ahead and were told we could. “For a standard overnight, it met all expectations with it being a clean, quiet facility with the standard hotel breakfast offerings. Where it really stood out was the large pool and the best hotel hot tub I have seen in a long time. Big and hot. Lol. And the jets worked as expected. These days it seems like a pleasant surprise when everything goes the way you expect it to and here, everything was good.”
