Hotel vicino a George Washington’s Distillery & Gristmill - Stuarts Draft

“Waren auf der Durchreise zum Shannandoah Nationalpark dort. Die Einfahrt in den Park ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, ordentlich, die Dame vom Empfang super nett. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort. Würde ich wieder buchen.”

“Everything was clean and well kept. Gluten free muffins were available at breakfast which I greatly appreciated as someone with celiac disease I usually have to go without or get breaks somewhere else on my own.”

“This property is INCREDIBLE! We had a full apartment - it even had a laundry room! Was so surprised and the only thing I would have changed was us staying longer to enjoy it; we only stopped to catch some sleep on a road trip - in and out. We got in late, and I was really confused because the office was closed. I walked up to the office door, there was a note with instructions, I followed them and was in bed 20 minutes later!”

“Smoke detector was chirping when I entered my room. After two calls to the front desk, the clerk came to my room, took it off the wall, removed the battery and left it on the dresser. The provided hairdryer didn’t not work. And one of my towels had black stuff all over it, and one of the washcloths had what looked like a blood stain! Finally, had to depart a day early due to a family issue, and after talking to the front desk, Expedia, and the hotel manager Friday morning, I was unable to...

“We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered””

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”

“Very dirty and unkept. The room smelled like an ashtray. There were stains on the walls and a missing bathroom vent fan with hanging wires.”

“Spark by Hilton was perfectly suited for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the basics needed for an overnight were supplied. The room lacked a personal coffee pot which required an early morning trip to the lobby, but for the money I spent, I was pleased.”

“Breakfast was great! Had a good variety of food. Staff didn’t go out of their way to make us feel welcomed but were polite at check in and check out. Room could use some updates; lampshade was torn and curtains were old but useable. Could use fresh paint in bright colors room was kind of drab. Also bathroom fan was very loud”
