“Memphis can be a sketchy place, but this hotel wasn't. Front desk was helpful, room was clean/quiet and the breakfast was good. 10/10”

“No soap in the bathroom. Called the front desk, and they told us they don't provide soap and asked us to use body wash as hand soap instead.”

“Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can.”

“Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.”

“I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on.”

“Clean room. The A/C does not keep up. I called asking if it would cool down. She said when it's above 90 outside, the a/c simply just can't keep up. We had it set as low as we could and the room wouldn't get cooler than 75. The woman who checked us in didn't make much eye contact, spoke so quietly and mumbled. Also, she didn't seem to know much. I asked when the pool closed and she said "I don't know, 8 or 9." It turns out its open until 10. I do like the layout of the hotel. It's unfortunate...

“The room and staff were extremely friendly and the room was excellent”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again.”

“Room were clean and comfortable. Didn’t like the you had to get a coffee pot from the front desk! Overall a nice quiet hotel to stay at.”
