“This stay made it where I’ll never go off reviews again when it comes to Memphis!! This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!”

“We turned down whatever breakfast was available as they charge a hefty fee for it - $10 for yogurt. Was was absolutely stunning, and something I have NEVER encountered in all my travels, they did not offer free coffee! Either as a standalone or at the breakfast counter.
We stayed on the first floor and from the check-in area down the hall was the persistent smell of a toilet, urine or stool or both.
